A new yard at Wauhatchie replaces the old Cravens Yard, which gave
way for the Interstate highway system. Here, the RR skirts the flank
of Lookout Mountain between it and the River approaching Moccasin
Bend. Some tracks still exist at Cravens Yard, but all structures
were finally torn down in the mid ‘80’s.
